Mark Coote and Orland Park Nissan is a great dealership and has shown their upmost commitment to its customers from Sales, Financing and my assumption is it will be all the way through the Servicing of my new vehicle.  Mark Coote showed great customer care from the minute we walked into the door right through until we drove off the lot with our new vehicle.  He is quite knowledgeable with all the vehicles and was able to answer all our questions.  I spent a lot of time researching prior to purchase and obviously there are Nissan dealerships within a closer vicinity to my home.  Needless to say the customer support was lacking and the end result, Mark Coote and Orland Park Nissan now has my business.
