The last member of this allstar team was your finance manager Paul Homer.  He worked very long and hard with us to get the best financing.  He was funny, energetic  and saved us 1200 dollars in finance charges over 5 years.  What a guy!!!!  My son is extremely happy with his new 2010  Frontier.  ( he has already waxed it twice and it has only been 2 weeks)

I have never, in my life, experienced such an excellent level of customer service in the automotive industry as I have at Orland Park Nissan. I originally purchased my Nissan Altima from a different dealership. Their service department was horrendous. I was never charged what I was quoted, my vehicle was never ready when I was promised, and the service advisors and mechanics were unprofessional and not courteous at all.

I decided to switch to Orland Park Nissan because it was close to home and convenient. Boy was I happy to have made that decision! For over 2 years now, I have had all my service and repairs done at your facility. My service advisor, Lindsay, is so helpful and knowledgeable. As soon as I pull into the garage, I am greeted, and my paperwork is written up quickly. My mechanic, Tim, is so amazing! He is the only one that I prefer to work on my vehicle. He comes into the waiting room, greets me and sometimes even gives me candy :) He tells me what is wrong with my car and even brings me back to the garage to show me. Lindsay and Tim never make me feel like I am being "ripped off" or try to sell me services that I don't need. I appreciate how personable they are with me. These two are truly an asset to your service department.

Lindsey Drugan has always given me top-notch attention when I call for service. She is very courteous and helpful. Tim Cusack is my special mechanic and he has been servicing my 1998 Altima for about 7yrs. He keeps my car in great running condition. He explains the repairs needed and does not add any extra work. I don't take my car to any other place but  Orland Park Nissan and I ask for both for them when I call or come in.  I use to own VW's, NEVER AGAIN!  I changed to  the Sentra  in 1990, and then I upgraded to the Altima.   I LOVE my car. I will buy another in the future.  Keep making a great product.

     I have been buying Nissans for almost thirty years.  My main priority when buying a vehicle is the quallity of the service department.  I deal with the sales department once, but come back to the service department for the life of my vehicle.  Lindsey Druggan (service advisor) and Tim Cusack (technician) have given me over the top service and attenton throughout the years.  From the time I make my appointment to the time I leave the waiting room, I have always been more than satisfied.  I currently bring in three vehicles for service. Even though the warranties have expired, I still get all my required maintenance performed at Orland.  They never try to sell me anything I don't need, and explain to me what needs to be done and why.  There  are other dealerships closer to home, but this kind of service and attention from Lindsey and Tim will keep me coming back to Orland Park Nissan.

I purchased a Nissan Altima 2004 in November of 2003 with Patrick Johnson. Patrick is the greatest and when I am ready for another vehicle, " I will be looking for you Pat". Pat provided excellent customer service and because of this experience at Orland Park Nissan, I referred a family member to Patrick and she purchased her car with him as well. Since her first purchase of a Nissan Altima she ended up upgrading to a SUV. So, Kudos to you Pat and keep up the great job that you do!!!!

I've been having my '93 MAXIMA serviced at Orland Park Nissan since (approx.) 1994.  The service (& parts) dept. has always attempted to give me & my '93 great service, without excessive wait time, whenever possible, & always with extreme courtesy. They were also great at obtaining "parts" that were difficult to locate because of the age of my Nissan.  With their help.....my Maxima is still looking & running great, owing without a doubt, to the expertise they have servicing what they sell.  "Hats off" to Lindsey & all the other service personnel for jobs WELL DONE.

Since moving to Illinois in 1991, we have always had our vehicles serviced at Orland Park Nissan.  We currently own three Nissan vehicles and would never consider taking them anywhere but Orland Park Nissan.  Service Advisors Michael Russo, Lindsay Drugan and Luke Gronski are always friendly, welcoming and take the time to explain any necessary work to be done.  Technician Tim is our personal favorite and I trust his knowledge and expertise. 

We are very happy with the Service Department at Orland Park Nissan!  In fact, I can't imagine purchasing any future vehicle that is not a Nissan because that would mean that I would have to go elsewhere for service.  When you've got the best, why go anywhere else!

I have been coming to Orland Park Nissan for the last 16 years to get all my Nissans and my current Infiniti serviced. Their service department is second to none and have specifically asked for Mark the mechanic to work on them. Mark is honest and up front about what the problem is and what its going to take to fix it. He also lets me know ahead of time what I may need done in the future such as brake service, tire rotation,  alignment and such. I highly recommend their service department.

My wife and I purchased a new Rogue, and turned in our Murano. Mark made both transactions easy for us. We spent about an hour and half to complete both transactions. I went to a bunch of places to trade in my old Quest since it qualified for the Cash for Clunkers. The dealership in town told me the program was over.  Another one told me I had to give them a check to hold in case the government didn't pay in time.What a joke! Orland Park Nissan didn't give me the run around.  They gave me the Cash for Clunkers rebate plus a great deal on a brand new Altima. The owner came over and thanked me for buying a car.  I was shocked.  Nice people, no BS and I highly recommend Orland Park Nissan. 

My brother-in-law bought a 2008 Altima last year from OPN and he told me he got a great deal and said the sales people were easy to work with so I made the drive out to Orland Park. Well I wasn't disappointed, I got an outstanding deal on a new Sentra.  The drive out to the burbs was worth the trip!!

Orland Park Nissan definitely gave me more for my trade than any  other dealer.  In fact they gave me the money I asked for it right away and I left with a car in 2 hours.  Faster than the last time I bought a car.
