Even though I live in Frankfort Il, I came to Orland Nissan to purchase my Altima.  My purchase was made over 2 years ago and I have always received quick, courteous, and professional service during this time.  This was the first Nissan I have purchased after having Buicks for 30 years and I couldn't be happier!  I would highly recommend this dealership for all perspective and current owers of Nissan.

As a Nissan owner since 2005, I have experienced the finest treatment by the Orland Park service department.  I especially would like to acknowledge the great care provided by Mike Russo. Mike has assisted me on numerous occasions over the past 5 years, and he goes above and beyond meeting the customers needs.

Recently, I had my windshield wipers stuck in the center of my windshield, caused by a defective motor. I was on a time crunch to get to work in the NICU at Rush University. He expedited my service needs at another Nissan dealership and the grace of God and Mike's help allowed me to arrive at work on time. This was truly amazing as this happened on the day of the Black Hawks parade celebration.
