I had come to the conclusion that good customer service is difficult to find, so excellent customer service would be impossible. Well, I will eat my words. Excellent customer service is what I found when I initially took my Nissan in for service at Orland Park Nissan and was welcome by Ms. Lindsey Drugan. I live in Chicago, so I have a little distance to go for service. But,it more than worth it. I was recommended to Orland by a friend who has serviced his car there since he purchased it five years ago.The service and Lindsey was everything he said it was. Lindsey is a precious gem, she make you feel special and gives you professional detail service. Her personal attention is awesome. I would not hestiate to recommend Orland Park Nissan Service Department and most definitely you got to ask for Lindsey.
